The Faces Behind the Mission
MEET CARLOS AND ROSSY MONTOYA
Carlos and his wife, Rossy, are the founders of La Roca Ministries, serving the people of Tijuana since 1998 with a mission to bring hope, healing, and transformation through the love of Jesus Christ. What began as outreach to gang members struggling with addiction grew into a life-changing ministry that now includes rehabilitation programs, shelters, orphan care, and outreach ministries across multiple locations. Together, Carlos and Rose are dedicated to rebuilding lives, raising future leaders, and sharing God’s compassion with those in need.
