Who can bid on items?

Our silent auction is open to the public. 

For the Silent Auction, what happens if two people bid the same amount with automated bidding? 

If two people bid the same amount, the item will go to the person who set up their automated bids first. To increase your chances of winning, we recommend setting up your automated bidding as early as possible!

When do I pay for the item, I won? 

When you sign into ClickBid, you can choose to check out directly through your account. If you haven't checked out by Thursday, February 20, we will manually process your payment on Friday, February 21, using the card details provided in ClickBid. You will receive an email notification confirming the charge and receipt to your account.

Where do I pick up my item?

Once your item is paid, we will email you letting you know your item is available for pick up at London Health Sciences Foundation Office, located at 747 Base Line Rd E. If the jersey needs to be shipped it will be at the cost of the winning bidder.
