A parking attendant will greet you upon arrival and direct you to the nearest available parking space.

Event itinerary

• 3:45 p.m.: Registration opens. At check-in, you will receive a commemorative engraved wine glass to use throughout the tasting and take home after the event.

• 4:00 to 6:00 p.m.: Enjoy tastings from eight chefs, four wine stations, and one beer station. You can also explore the auction items, bid on silent auction packages, listen to the Vince Chiarelli Band, watch live artists painting on the lawn, enjoy aerial acrobatics, and visit the whiskey and cigar lounge.

• 6:00 p.m.: The food, wine, and beer tasting experience concludes, and guests will begin transitioning to the live auction.

• 6:15 to 6:30 p.m.: The live auction begins and will conclude at approximately 7:00 p.m.

• 7:00 to 9:00 p.m.: Our downstairs patio bar will remain open for all guests to continue enjoying the evening.

Ticket inclusions

• VIP guests: Your ticket includes all chef, wine, and beer tastings, along with access to the air-conditioned VIP Lounge upstairs in the yellow barn. The lounge includes a coastal grazing table from 4:00 to 6:00 p.m. and an exclusive open bar featuring the cocktails listed on the VIP menu, mixers, beer, and wine.

• General admission guests: Your ticket includes all chef, wine, and beer tastings from 4:00 to 6:00 p.m. Cocktails, beer, and wine outside of the tasting experience may be purchased from the downstairs patio bar.

Attire

We recommend cocktail hour attire that is comfortable and appropriate for an outdoor summer event. Guests will be walking on grass, so please plan your footwear accordingly. Wedges, block heels, flats, or other lawn-friendly shoes are encouraged.
