Terms and Conditions for The Joe Beretta Foundation
You are registered to bid in the Dinner in the Vines auction. If you place a winning bid, you are expected to check out and pay by the close of the evening. If you are not present at the close of the evening, it is your responsibility to contact the Foundation (daveyshepherd@tjbf.org) to arrange pick up or shipping. In the event you select to have your items shipped, you will be responsible for all shipping costs.
