Do artists make any money from the artwork sale?
Yes, we are here to support art and artists as integral parts of Bay Area culture. Most purchases directly benefit the artists with some choosing to receive a percentage of the proceeds.

Unless noted on the item description in red, you can assume the work is already framed or does not require a frame.
How do I receive the artwork after the event?
All artwork sold through both the silent and live auctions will remain on view at the ICA through November 14, allowing guests to continue enjoying the exhibition and giving participating artists an additional week to showcase their work.
No artwork will be available for pickup on the night of either auction event. All purchased artwork, whether sold through the silent auction or the live auction, will be available for pickup beginning Thursday, November 19.
Most artwork will be available for pickup at the ICA San José starting the following week by November 19. Auction winners will be notified when their artwork is ready for pickup and will be asked to make an appointment. Please bring your electronic or printed ClickBid receipt as proof of purchase.
If you are paying by check, please bring your check with you at the time of pickup.
Shipping and delivery are the responsibility of the collector. If you are not local, the ICA can arrange shipment through a shipping company. Shipping will be billed to the collector at cost.
