AUCTION RULES:
•Your bid constitutes a contract to buy.
•Winning bids may be paid in full at check-out on Saturday, October 1st, at 8pm. For those who have not completed payment by 11am EST Sunday October 2nd, your credit card on file will be charged and will include credit card service fees.
•All sales are final. No exchanges or refunds on items once purchased.
•Please adhere to restrictions and specifications stated on gift certificates, experiences or getaways. All travel arrangements must be made by the bid winner. The utmost care has been taken to note restrictions as accurately as possible; however, Hirsch Wellness Network Inc. is not responsible for any restriction inadvertently omitted or not originally indicated by the donor. Lost certificates are not replaceable.
•Hirsch Wellness Network, Inc. has endeavored to list and describe the items correctly, and everything is sold "as is".
•The amount of the purchase over fair market value is tax deductible. Contact your tax professional regarding how these guidelines may apply to you.
•Any auction items that do not receive minimum bid will be retained by Hirsch Wellness Network, Inc.
at the end of the auction, unless other arrangements are made by the donors.
•All Winning Bidders will receive an email notifying them of dates and times to pick up their purchases. Professional packaging for shipping of any auction items will be charged to the Winning Bidder.
