Bidder Registration is required to match your valid Driver's License. You will be asked to show your Driver's License at the time of pickup to verify ownership.
Please note that bidders will register a credit card for bidding. Your credit card will be charged at closing of auction. All credit card charges are subject to a 4% processing fee. With prior approval by the office you may pay with check or cash by end of Auction day or when auction item is picked up.
All auction items are subjected to 9.5% sales taxes except for companies with a resellers permit.
All auction items are sold as is, with no warranty or guarantee. While some vehicles may come with keys, we can make no guarantee of availability. If a key is present at the time of pick up, it will be given to the winner at that time.
