Hamilton General Hospital Healthcare Foundation
By participating in the silent or live auction at All In for Rural Health – Casino Night, bidders agree to the following terms and conditions:
Bidding & Payment
All bids are considered final.
The highest bidder at the close of bidding will be deemed the winner.
Payment is due in full at the conclusion of the event.
Accepted forms of payment include credit card, check, or other payment methods approved by the Foundation.
Items paid by check must be made payable to Hamilton General Hospital Healthcare Foundation.
Item Pickup & Delivery
Auction items must be picked up the night of the event unless other arrangements are made with Foundation staff.
Some items, experiences, or services may be delivered or coordinated at a later date as noted in the item description.
The Foundation is not responsible for items not claimed the night of the event.
Item Conditions
All auction items are sold “as is.”
The Foundation makes no warranties or guarantees regarding items, services, or experiences unless specifically stated.
Any restrictions, expiration dates, or blackout dates are listed in the item description and are the responsibility of the winning bidder to review.
Donated Items & Experiences
Some items or experiences are provided by third-party donors.
The Foundation is not responsible for changes, cancellations, or substitutions by the donor.
Values listed are donor-provided estimates and are not guaranteed.
Refunds & Exchanges
Tax Information
Auction purchases are not fully tax-deductible.
The tax-deductible portion, if any, is limited to the amount paid above the fair market value of the item.

General
The Foundation reserves the right to add, withdraw, or modify auction items at any time.
Participation in the auction constitutes acceptance of these terms.
All proceeds from the auction benefit the Hamilton General Hospital Healthcare Foundation and support healthcare grants and mission-driven projects across our hospital and rural clinics.
