Auction Rules

The auction will close at approximately 10pm on Friday, May 13, 2022. Please register your cell phone for the most up to date information via text about closing, auto bids, etc. Only those who are registered for this auction will receive the most up to date information as it happens.
Contents of auction packages may be subject to blackout dates, expiration dates, availability, location guidelines, date restrictions and/or other auction donor restrictions - ALL OF WHICH ARE FINAL. No extensions or exceptions can be made.
COVID-19 has affected local businesses. Please do your due diligence before placing a bid. HFHWM is not liable for any item that cannot be redeemed.
All bids in the online silent auction must comply with opening and minimum bid or will not be valid.
We will contact you the following week to make arrangements to pick up your items (or we can ship your item to you at your expense).
Payment in full must be made following the close of the online silent auction via Credit Card.
All persons who bid in the online silent auction agree to pay the amount for said item(s) if they are determined to be the final bidder.
Celebrity experiences, tickets and packages are subject to management approval and background check. HFHWM reserves the right to cancel an experience, for any reason, and provide a full refund to the bidder.
Please retain your receipt for tax purposes. The purchase price minus stated fair market value is the tax-deductible portion of your contribution, as allowed by law, will be listed on the bottom of your receipt.
