The Royal City Rotary Club, Burnaby Rotary Club, and Monarch Place Transition House are teaming up again for our 26th Annual Gala Fundraiser “To the Heart of the Matter”. 

Over the past 25 years, “To the Heart of the Matter” has raised almost $1,000,000 for local and international charities. Almost $55,000 was raised just last year! 

As always, the proceeds are divided equally between the 3 partners. Monarch Place Transition House provides shelter and support to women and children fleeing domestic abuse. The Royal City Rotary Club has earmarked their projects for: New Westminster Victim Assistance Unit; El Cardinal Children’s Home, Mexico; and SuperFoxy Goes Green, The Canary Islands.  The Burnaby Rotary Club has designated their projects for: ShelterBox Canada and Sushrusa School for Deaf Children, Bali Indonesia.
