Last year, Hope’s Door New Beginning Center made a meaningful impact by providing:
• 14,203 nights of emergency shelter
• 8,215 hours of trauma-informed counseling for adults and children
• 7,343 calls answered through our 24-hour crisis hotline
• 1,597 hours of legal assistance
• 13,844 volunteer hours supporting our mission
• Services for 479 participants in our Batterers Intervention & Prevention Program
• Supportive housing for 99 individuals rebuilding their lives
Additionally, our emergency shelters provide nearly 20% of the available shelter beds for domestic violence survivors in the greater Dallas-Fort Worth area.
