We will be closing our Silent Auction Bidding on Friday, Oct. 1st at 10:00pm. For those who have not already closed out on their own and paid by credit card, we will wait one hour in case someone wishes to pay via a different method (check). Please email Pilar Schmidt at pschmidt@hartsbrook.org to make those alternate arrangements. Then at 11:00pm, we will process the remaining willing bids to the bidders' credit cards and send them their receipts.
