Your 2022 Kentucky Derby Event Includes an in-person dinner at the Westmoreland Club on race day, Saturday May 7, 2022.
We'll start the evening in the Sanctuary at 5:30p, celebrating with Derby themed cocktails and hors d'oeuvres, surrounded by wonderful floral displays of roses and a backdrop of stained-glass windows.
At 6:50p we will view the Race for the Roses and then proceed to dinner and entertainment under the tent at The Westmoreland Club. Expect festive music, Derby themed entrees and desserts followed by betting games with pre-recorded races!
We will also be honoring the life of Clayton J. Karambelas with a presentation to his family prior to dinner service.
In addition to the dinner and silent auction, you can also participate in our signature fundraiser for our Early Learning Programs by purchasing a chance to win a trip to the 2023 Kentucky Derby Races!
Your consideration for sponsorships also helps support this event as well. We have many options available, many which include dinner tickets to the event.

There is no cost to register. Payment will be taken only if you are the winning bidder. All proceeds will go towards funding our Early Learning Programs at the YMCA!
Our silent auction opens for bidding on Wed., May 4 at 12pm and will close Sunday May 8th at 10am.
Items will be available for pickup at the Wilkes-Barre Family YMCA - 40 W. Northampton St. Wilkes-Barre, starting Monday, May 9th.
Upon request, gift certificates can be mailed to you. All sales are final and in "as is" condition.
Larger items will need to be picked up by the winning bidder.
Items are available to be shipped at the winners expense.
