Attire
Formal evening wear encouraged. Masquerade masks and touches of gold are welcomed to enhance the magic of the evening but are not required.

Parking
Complimentary valet parking is available to all guests. Simply pull up to the north side of the building on Washington Avenue and the valet will do the rest. Several ramps and street parking are available around the venue, but guests will be responsible for any parking costs outside of valet.

Coat Check
Unsupervised coat racks will be available.

Dinner Service
A thoughtfully curated two-course meal will begin around 6:15pm. The main entre is a duo-plate of chicken and parmesan crusted walleye, with whipped potatoes and asparagus. Mini bundt cakes will be available for dessert, courtesy of Nothing Bundt Cakes. *If you have any dietary restriction or food allergies, please make sure to detail this on your ticket or email CHA directly, and we will do our best to accommodate your meal.

Bar Service
Visit the premium cash bar upon entering, featuring a sophisticated array of beverages for your enjoyment. Drink tickets may be used on beer, wine, soda, or the specialty cocktail of the evening courtesy of Associated Healthcare Credit Union.
