In Texas, wildflowers blanket our fields each spring, bursting with color and life. They thrive in the unlikeliest of places, carried by the wind and nurtured by sun and rain. Their beauty reminds us that with the right support, growth and resilience can emerge anywhere.

Children in the foster system in Bexar County often face uncertainty and fear, yet like wildflowers, they have the strength to bloom where life plants them. With the steady presence of a CASA Advocate, they are given the care, hope, and encouragement they need to flourish.

For 41 years, CASA has been that unwavering light for children, ensuring they are never alone. An Advocate shows up, speaks up, and stands by their side through every season.​ 

Join us at our 2025 Gallery of Hope: Bloom Masquerade, chaired by Rick and Suzanne Cavender, honoring Kappa Alpha Theta San Antonio Alumnae Chapter and Construct a Kid’s Christmas.

Each year, this event raises essential funds to advance our mission: recruiting, developing, and leading volunteers to serve children who have experienced neglect and abuse. CASA provides life-changing volunteer Advocates to over 1,000 children in Bexar County.
