The Great Gingerbread Gathering 2026
a festive and delicious fundraising event for friends, family, and colleagues to enjoy all while benefiting The BEE Community! Come ready to indulge in a gingerbread extravaganza like no other.
Location: The Brazos Center, 3232 Briarcrest Dr. Bryan, TX 77802
Business + Family Dinner: Tuesday, December 1st
5:30 PM - 8:00 PM
This fun-filled gingerbread extravaganza is for children, moms, dads, grandparents, friends, and coworkers alike to create treasured memories. Festivities include: gingerbread houses for each ticketed attendee, candy and icing galore, as well as a casual meal.
Note: Children under 3 may sit on adult laps or adults may choose to stand to assist children. Each ticket/seat includes one house and one meal.

Ladies Luncheon: Wednesday, December 2nd
11:00 AM to 1:00 PM
Bring a group of friends, coworkers or your sisters and moms to this adult ladies luncheon where each attendee will decorate a gingerbread house while sharing lunch. Festivities include: houses for each guest, candy and icing galore, keepsake apron, and a boxed lunch.

Absolutely!
can i purchase tickets at the door?
Unfortunately, no. You must purchase your table or ticket ahead of time. We anticipate selling out, so we recommend buying your table/ ticket as soon as possible!
is my purchase tax deductible?
Yes, you will receive a tax-deductible receipt for the donation portion of your table/ticket purchase that is not part of the fair market value. The receipt will be emailed to you shortly after your online registration has been confirmed.
