Frequently Asked Questions

How to Bid

Bidding will begin on February 1, 2026. The Birthday Auction will close on Sunday, February 22nd at 10 p.m. ET.

Bidding is easier than ever. Once you have checked in, you will receive a welcome text message with a link. Simply tap on the link to load your confirmation page.

Place bids in seconds.

Either swipe up and browse items or tap MENU to search or filter items. Once you find an item you wish to bid on, simply click Bid/Info to bid. From there, you simply choose an amount, and ClickBid will do the rest.

What if I am outbid?

ClickBid keeps track of your bids for you, and once you're outbid, we'll immediately send a text message to your phone with a link to rebid (if you want) and show you an on-screen alert. You can easily jump back into your account and make sure you don't miss out.

Watch your bids like a pro.

You won't miss a beat with your bidding history filters, which show you items you are winning, watching, and losing. This page is focused on the items you're interested in, so you don't lose an item.

Checkout & Mailing

To ensure a smooth close to the auction, any unpaid items will be automatically charged to the card on file the day after the auction. Following order verification, mailing will begin in mid-March. Any on-site pickup arrangements will be coordinated in advance.
