A tremendous amount of planning, hours, and excitement went into preparing for the 2020 Fox Valley Christian Academy fundraising gala event, "Come Away With Me to the Masquerade."  We were saddened to see the events unfold from COVID-19, and subsequently the necessary cancellation of this event.  With the prayerful consideration and optimism however, we decided to switch gears to an online auction format.  Our generous and compassionate donors have stood with this through this storm, and thus we are here to share this new experience together!

HOUSEKEEPING:

1. DELIVERY OF WON ITEMS (must be paid): 

    - Certificates / gift cards will be mailed to the winning bidder. If the recipient is also having another item delivered, we will include the certificate with the delivery.

    - Package / larger items: Delivery within 30 mile radius of Neenah included with winning bid.

    - We will contact recipient via email to determine delivery date, with a 4 hour delivery window. Upon recipient request, the driver could send a text approximately 30 min prior to delivery. 

    - Unless there are special instructions from the recipient, item will be dropped at front door / porch (due to COVID-19 safety recommendations), weather permitting.

   - Outside 30 miles, we will work with the recipient to determine best delivery method.

2. Due to current restrictions from COVID-19, some of the businesses that have provided vouchers or gift certificates will not be able to honor them until the restrictions are lifted. In the event that a business were to permanently close or event not occur, your bid will be refunded in full. If this were to occur, please contact Nichole Siebert at nicholesiebert@fvcaneenah.org

3. If an item that was won included a bottle of wine, this will only be delivered to someone that is 21 years of age or older.
