• All items sold “as is” and product colours may vary from the photo on ClickBid. TD SYNNEX Share the Magic Canada makes no warranties or representations of any kind with respect to any item or service sold.
• Bidding Closes: July 7th, 2026 at 5PM EST 

Bidding & Donation Checkout:

• To start bidding or donating, you will be required to enter your credit card into ClickBid’s online secure portal. 
• Once the auction closes, you will have a “Pay Here" (red shopping cart) button located on the site.  *NOTE* to avoid double billing we will automatically check you out using the credit card you have on file.
• Once checkout has been completed, a receipt will be emailed to you.  
• No refunds will be given. All purchases and donations are final.
• All taxes and fees are the responsibility of the Winner.
• Bidding Closes: July 7th, 2026 at 5PM EST.   

Item Pickup & Shipping:

• If you are golfing, some small items should be available for pickup at the Golf course, however some are not.  Please READ the descriptions, and you can also ask one of our volunteer staff members onsite.  
• A few items are pickup only and cannot be shipped, so please make sure you read the item descriptions.
• For items not onsite, they will be shipped to you using the address you entered upon ClickBid registration.  
• Please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery.
• If you need to modify your ship to address, please email stm_canada@tdsynnex.com and reference the item#(s).  If items have already shipped, we are unable to modify your address.
• Please note shipping is available ONLY IN CANADA. 

Donation Rules:

• Donations also accepted via this site.  ClickBid Technology will manage and facilitate donations. 
• Click "Donate" at the top of this page.
• You can begin your checkout immediately or when the auction closes.
• All donations benefit the charities of TD SYNNEX Share the Magic Canada.
• Donations only are tax-deductible.

Pricing Error and Auction Integrity:

We take care to ensure all starting bids, bid increments, and item descriptions are accurate. However, in the event of a clear and obvious error (including typographical, technical, or system errors) that results in a materially incorrect starting price or valuation, we reserve the right, acting reasonably, to:

• Correct the error and update the listing prior to the close of the auction.  
• Suspend or cancel the affected auction item before the auction closes.
• Once the auction for an item has closed and a winning bid has been accepted, no changes will be made to the winning bid price except as required by applicable law.
• This clause will be applied fairly and only in circumstances where the pricing error is obvious and would materially affect the outcome of the auction.

Our Silent Auction launches July 3rd - we're accepting donations until June 19th or onsite.

Funds raised will support the growth of all FIRST® Robotics Canada programs and the formation of teams in underserved areas.
