DYC Foundation - Auction Terms & Conditions
1. The DYC Foundation has attempted to describe all auction or other items correctly, but all items are sold "AS IS." The DYC Foundation neither warrants nor represents, and in no event shall DYC Foundation be responsible for, the correctness of the descriptions, the genuineness, authorship, provenance, or condition of the items. No statement, whether made orally or in writing, shall be deemed a warranty, representation, valuation or assumption of liability for tax or any other purpose. The Buyer waives any and all liability by the DYC Foundation or donor.
2. All sales are final. No exchanges or refunds are permitted. Buyer is responsible for understanding all conditions, restrictions, expiration dates and limitations of items sold.
3. Payment in full is required at the conclusion of auction activities. Payment may be made electronically via credit card with Clickbid or paid by check to "DYC Foundation", cash, or other credit card. Payments will be accepted online via ClickBid.
4. The DYC Foundation reserves the right to withdraw any item prior to bidding.
5. By accepting a bidder number, participants agree to these terms for the silent and live auction. Live auction bidding shall utilize bidder numbers registered in the bidder's name. The highest bidder acknowledged by the auctioneer shall be the Buyer. Auctioneer reserves the right to decide any and all disputes, complaints, misunderstandings, errors and sales at his discretion; auctioneer's decision will be final.
