Auction Guidelines:
These terms will be applied fully to your participation in the 2021 Duluth Art Institute Roaring 20s Masquerade Gala Auction. By participating in the Auction, you agree to accept all terms and conditions written in here.
Must be at least 18 years old to participate in the auction.
When you bid on an item, you give permission to the DAI to perform a transaction using the registered credit card if you are a winning bidder.
All sales are final.
Shipping not included. Items present at the auction must be taken at the end of night. Some auction items may require the winning bidder to contact the donor.
