Join Animal Aid and Project Pooch at Lucky Lab Beer Hall (1945 NW Quimby St, Portland, OR 97209) on Tuesday December 10th from 6:30-8:30 PM for Drag Queen Bingo with Poison Waters! In addition to bingo, we will have a rousing game of Whiskers & Tails with a prize for the winner, 5 raffle baskets valued at $100+ each, AND snacks (vegetables & dip, fruit platter, and chips & salsa) for you to enjoy. Additional food is available for purchase, as well as beer, wine, and non-alcoholic options. 

Your ticket includes 9 rounds of bingo and snacks. Necklaces for Whiskers & Tails are available at the time of purchase. Additional bingo sheets, raffle tickets, and additional necklaces will also be available the night of the event.

Meet the organizations you're supporting! 

Animal Aid is a nonprofit, no-kill rescue with a free-roam shelter for cats & a foster program for dogs and cats. Since 1969, Animal Aid has enhanced the welfare of companion animals through individualized care, lifelong commitment, rescue and adoption, and community partnerships. While we assist cats and dogs of all types at Animal Aid, we specialize in helping those who can’t thrive in larger shelter environments due to medical or behavioral needs.

Project Pooch provides life-changing opportunities for adjudicated youth and shelter dogs. Project POOCH youth are paired with dogs to learn kennel management, positive reinforcement, grooming, and training techniques. The youth learn what it means to be depended on by another living creature and how it feels to be trusted and relied upon. The dogs get trained, loved, and adopted into their forever homes. Each dog and each youth are unique, and we build individual programs to meet their needs and help them thrive. There is no limit to the amount of time a dog spends in our care.

What is included with my $30 ticket?

• 9 rounds of bingo and access to a vegetable tray with dip, fruit platter, and chips & salsa, which will be in the room for the evening. 

What is Whiskers & Tails?

• Whiskers & Tails is a fundraising game of chance where participants compete to guess whether a coin flip will result in heads, or in our case, whiskers (put hands on head) or tails (put hands on tail). Each incorrect guess, you take 1 necklace off. The last person with necklace(s) remaining, wins! The more necklaces you purchase, the higher chance you have to win! 

Is there parking available?

• There is a parking lot behind Lucky Lab Quimby or there is street parking.

Can I bring my dog?

• Dogs are only allowed in the outdoor seating area. If you plan to participate in bingo, please leave Fido at home.

What kind of food does Lucky Lab serve?
