Payment is expected in full for all auction items before items can be claimed.
All sales are final. No refunds, returns or exchanges.
Silent Auction items may be picked up at the designated checkout area after payment has been made. NO ITEM(S) SHOULD BE REMOVED FROM THE SILENT AUCTION TABLES BY BIDDER(S).
The buyer waives any claims of liability against either the school or the donor of the property or services. Neither the school nor the donor is responsible for the personal injuries or damages to property that may result from utilization of the property or services sold.
Restrictions may apply on certain items. Every effort was made in documenting all restrictions. Strong Rock Christian School will not be held liable for any discrepancies.
Although every effort has been made to assure the accuracy of the program, errors may occur. If a mistake has been made, please advise a Denim & Diamonds Committee member so that our records may be revised.
Check-out will open at 8:30pm in the Multiplex.
