About Our Event

About Our Event

Please join us for our 10 Year Anniversary Gala.  The Gala will highlight three key objectives: supporting our mission through fundraising, increasing awareness of domestic violence, and emphasizing the importance of self-care in response to trauma and stress.

In addition to a silent and live auction, we will have stations available to help you practice and prioritize self care.  Color a picture, listen to classical music, make a floral arrangement, take a walk in nature, and socialize with friends over a custom made Mocktail!

Can't make it to the event?  You can still bid for silent and live auction items online starting January 17th!  Items will be available on this website or you can access from your phone to bid.

It helps reduce stress and anxiety by providing a calming influence, emotional healing and self-regulation, and improves cognitive functioning. In addition, flower arranging fosters a connection with nature, offers a sense of control, and provides a mindful, creative outlet, which aids in emotional well-being.; Mocktail Experience Station ($35.00): The creativity of finding the perfect combination of ingredients and savoring the delicious taste of a well-crafted, palate pleasing mocktail can bring you into a form of mindful engagement that rests the brain while keeping it active and healthy.; and Lantern Station ($20.00): The evening will close with the release of lanterns, in community, representing letting go of your old way to make for a new phase of life filled with hopes, wishes, and a commitment to selfcare.   Additional complementary stations will be available at the event.

Event Special Guest

Special Appearance by Steven C

We are pleased to showcase a musical performance by Steven C.

Pianist and composer Steven C has produced collections of music in listeners’ sonic memory from the Woodstock years to the present. He has a keen sense of capturing a wide range of musician styles, including cornerstone melodies and hooks from classic pop and rock radio songs to traditional church hymns, stripped down to two-hand piano or with a supporting ensemble. His compositions and arrangements are inventive, soothing, and performed with an exquisite touch.
