VICTOR CISNEROS, MD, MPH
Dr. Cisneros is an Emergency Medicine physician at Eisenhower Health and Assistant Professor at UC Riverside and California University of Science and Medicine. He leads community health initiatives across the Coachella Valley, including street medicine and mobile care programs that expand access to underserved populations. His work focuses on health equity, social emergency medicine, and training future leaders in community-based care.

VEE SOTELO
Vee B. Sotelo, Esq. is a partner at Slovak Baron Empey Murphy & Pinkney LLP, specializing in employment law and civil litigation. Based in the Coachella Valley, she leads legal efforts supporting businesses across state and federal courts and agencies. Her work strengthens workplace compliance and advocacy throughout the region.

JOEL DIAZ
Joel Diaz is a former IBF Intercontinental Champion and a leading boxing trainer in the Coachella Valley. He mentors youth and professionals through his community gym, fostering discipline, opportunity, and lifelong impact. His leadership has shaped champions and empowered underserved communities through sport.

MONICA VAZQUEZ
Monica Vazquez has proudly called the Coachella Valley home since the age of nine witnessing the region’s remarkable growth over the years. A graduate of Palm Springs High School, College of the Desert and Cal State San Bernardino, she earned her bachelor’s degree in business administration before building a meaningful career in philanthropy. For more than 16 years, Monica has been part of Eisenhower Health’s Foundation Department, where she has served in multiple roles and now leads as Director of Community Giving. A devoted wife to her husband of over 20 years, Jesus, and mother of three bright, independent, and active children, Monica is deeply passionate about giving back to the community that shaped her and continues to inspire her both personally and professionally.

ANDREW MCDUFFIE
Andrew McDuffie is a seasoned banking professional dedicated to supporting local businesses in the Coachella Valley through strategic financial solutions. With deep expertise in both retail and commercial banking, he helps entrepreneurs and families grow and thrive in their communities.
A proud Coachella Valley resident for nearly a decade, Andrew actively supports the business community through his involvement with the Greater Coachella Valley Chamber of Commerce, where he recently served as the youngest chairman of the board. He is also proud to represent Riverside County's 4th District through his appointment to the Riverside County Workforce Development Board.
Passionate about giving back, Andrew helps lead Coachella Valley Giving Day, which supports hundreds of local nonprofits. He remains deeply committed to the long-term prosperity of his community.
