- Oakland sales tax (9.25%) will be charged to all purchases of goods.
- All acquisitions must be purchased in full. Each auction item is sold AS IS without warranty.

Artwork will be available for pick-up at Creative Growth in Oakland following the close of the silent auction. Auction winners will be invited to make an appointment to pick up work. If you don’t live locally, we can ship artwork to you. Shipping will be billed to you at cost.
If you win an auction item, any amount paid over the estimated value of the item is tax deductible. Please consult with your tax advisor. Thank you!
