This year’s CORPAC silent auction will open for bidding at 12 p.m. on May 15, 2024, and close at 7:45 p.m. on May 16, 2024.
- Only current Columbus REALTORS® members, or members of an affiliated REALTOR® Association may bid, purchase items and/or register.
- Items will either be delivered directly to the address provided during bid registration or will be available for pickup (by appointment only) at Columbus REALTORS® following the event.
- Delivery/ pick-up status is marked on each item. All items you win must be picked up, if you cannot pick up your item(s), arrangements must be made in writing authorizing another person to claim your item(s).
- All sales are final. Refunds will not be given on items or registration. CORPAC is not responsible for canceled or amended ticket/event dates. Should the item need to be shipped, the buyer is responsible for all shipping charges. CORPAC staff will work as best we can to rebook or replace any item that is canceled.
- Reservations for dinners, trips, sporting events, etc, must be mutually arranged with the donor unless otherwise specified and are subject to availability.
- CORPAC believes all descriptions and commentary accompanying the auction items to be correct. However, CORPAC makes no warranties or representations of any kind regarding the items or services provided.
- Each bid is identified by name and bid number. The last and the highest qualified electronic bid entry at the close of the auction shall be the buyer of that item.
- Each increase in bid must equal or exceed the bid increment shown within the item catalog.
- In the event of a dispute or discrepancy concerning a winning bid, the decision of the auction judges shall be final.
- Full payment is required at the end of the auction. Payment should be made by personal or LLC credit card; no company or business cards are accepted (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover). Exceptions may be made for checks by contacting CORPAC directly after the auction close. No cash.
- If your item is unavailable for direct delivery or your account address is incorrect, please contact CORPAC staff at Columbus REALTORS® by Friday, May 17th. Winning bidders will be contacted by Halle Naveja-Custer or a designated CORPAC staffer to confirm pick-up time.
