About the Conservancy

Countryside Conservancy is a local non-profit land trust dedicated to protecting the beautiful lands and waters of our region and is a 501(c)(3) non-profit, tax-exempt organization. To date, we have preserved nearly 2,000 acres in Lackawanna, Wyoming, and Susquehanna counties and have built 15+ miles of trails that are open to the public for recreational purposes, creating an opportunity for our community to enjoy the outdoors and promote health and wellness. Your previous support has also helped us to open up multiple preserves for public use, such as Gardner Spencer Preserve and Rowlands Preserve and educate local residents about the importance of conservation and greenspace.

About the Event

Our “Summer Celebration at the Pond House” will take place on Saturday July 29th, 2023, from 5-9pm. This annual event is the Conservancy's BIGGEST fundraising event of the year, generating a significant portion of the funds needed for our Trolley Trail and conservation activities. Your support is a key element in our success each year and we’d love to have you join us! 

Guests will enjoy food by Backwoods BBQ, music by Big Leaf, open bar, and ice cream by Mannings! There will also be an online auction and raffle items up for grabs.

Hulls Pond House is located at 500 Kennedy Creek Rd., North Abington Township, PA 18414. If you did not receive an invite by mail, you may also purchase tickets through the link above. 

Bidding registration and/or check-in will open no more than 48 hours prior to the event and will close at 8pm on Saturday, July 29th.There is no cost to register for the online silent auction - payment will only be required for items you win. A card is required to register for bidding. Bidders attending the event in person will have the option to pay by card, check or cash at checkout. If bidding offsite, gift certificates can be mailed, and all other items will be required to be picked up from the Countryside Conservancy office. Please note that the auction preview is open now and will be updated daily, so check back often! In an effort to reduce waste, physical tickets will not be issued. Simply give your name at the door!
