We are thrilled to announce our 2022 Rebel with a Cause awardee. Every year at this event, we chose someone to honor as our “Rebel” who has had an outsized impact in fighting and delivering for Colorado’s climate, land, air, water, and communities.
Rep. Neguse is a climate champion in Congress and serves on the Select Committee on the Climate Crisis in the U.S. House. He has fought to establish a 21st Century Civilian Climate Corps, to protect Colorado’s public lands for conservation and recreation, and has introduced multiple bills to protect Colorado’s environment and people. He’s a dynamic and thoughtful leader on the national stage and a tireless advocate for his district, Colorado, and conservation values.
