2025 Spring Fling Fundraiser

IN THE SILENT AUCTION

Silent Auction bidding will open on Saturday, April 19th, and remain open until Saturday, May 3rd, at 7:15 PM. 

The Silent Auction will close before our live auction begins at the event. 

• Log-in at the top of the page using the same phone or email used to purchase tickets.
• Once you log-in, the system will send a one-time log-in code to your device. Enter the code sent to your device and press "Next".
• Once completely logged in, you are presented with the home screen of the bidding site.
• To place a bid, click "Bid/Info" - you can view item details, place a fast bid, or place a max bid.
• Click on "Menu > My Items" to view your event activity.
• Click on the red "PAY" button at the end of the auction to pay for your items.
• Winners of any basket raffle can pick up their winnings after the event.

** Participants do not need to be at the event to bid and win silent auction items!

BID IN THE LIVE AUCTION

• Upon check-in at the event, you will receive a paddle with your name and bid number.
• Raise your paddle and state your bid amount during the Live Auction.
• Spotters during the auction will note the winning bid number and add it to the winning account(s) on the back-end of our event site.
• You are expected to pay for any winning(s) and collect your item(s) -- if applicable -- by the event's conclusion.
• Click on the "PAY" button at the end of the auction to pay for your items.
• Winners of any items can pick up their winnings after the event.
