Bidding on any article or placing a ticket in a raffle bag or box indicates acceptance of all terms. Please note dates of availability, restrictions or other qualifications, and times and places for services. Tickets, outings, experiences, and homes/vacations without set dates must be mutually agreed upon by the donor and purchaser, and are subject to availability. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to contact the donor and arrange the specifics of said item. As a courtesy, we ask you to please do so within one month of the auction. All items are sold "as is". There can be not returns or exchanges unless otherwise noted. Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash or store credit. All sales are final. Unless otherwise noted, all items, services and gift certificates will expire on March 8, 2025.
The tax-deductible portion of your purchase is the amount by which the purchase price exceeds the actual "fair market" or retail value. Check with your tax advisor regarding the deductibility of any item. “Values” indicated are the donors’ estimate only and are not warranted by The PTO of the Chathams, Chatham High School or CHS PTO. The PTO of the Chathams, Chatham High School, CHS PTO and any member or agent thereof take no responsibility for, and shall not be liable for any inaccuracies in the descriptive listings or the failure to perform on the part of the donor.
By submitting a bid, the buyer waives any claim for liability against the PTO of the Chathams, Chatham High School, CHS PTO and any member or agent thereof or the applicable donor. None such persons shall be responsible for any personal injuries or damages to property that may result from the use of property or of services sold.
