About Our Event

Glamp Fire: One Year at Waypoint is where celebration meets purpose.

Start the evening with a signature cocktail in hand as live music from Emily Shultz sets the mood. Mingle with friends, connect with fellow supporters, and step into an atmosphere that blends campfire nostalgia with elevated celebration.

Throughout the night, dive into interactive DIY experiences, pick out a plant to decorate your table, and enjoy a delicious dinner surrounded by community. As the program unfolds, you’ll hear powerful stories and see firsthand how your support sends Tulsa youth to overnight camp and leadership programs that build confidence, spark connection, and create lasting belonging.

Glamp Fire is more than a gala. It’s a night of joy, generosity, and impact—and you make it possible.

🌲5:30 PM - Doors Open

🌲6:00 PM - DIY Experience Begins

🌲7:00 PM - Program Presentation

🌲7:45 PM - Celebration & Winners Announced

Glamp Fire is where camp nostalgia meets a touch of glam.

Think hiking boots with a great dress. Plaid and pearls. Denim and diamonds. Pair your favorite outdoor staples with your fanciest accessories.

Campfire chic or elevated business casual both fit the vibe. Show up comfortable, confident, and a little unexpected.

If you could wear it to a lakeside gathering and a gala in the same night, you’re right on theme.

Oklahoma AmeriCorps

This year, we are proud to partner with Oklahoma AmeriCorps, whose members help power our programs every day. Through their service, AmeriCorps members expand access to camp and youth leadership opportunities, support social-emotional learning, and strengthen the communities we serve. Their commitment to service reflects the very heart of Camp Fire—building confident, capable young people through meaningful connection and hands-on experience.
