SHOW VEHICLE ENTRY REQUIREMENTS

• All show vehicles MUST have a physical registration tag to enter the Waveny Park event — NO EXCEPTIONS.
• Tags are strictly checked at the gate. Vehicles without a tag will not be permitted to enter the show and will be redirected out of the Park.
• Physical tags are required — please do not plan to show your registration on your phone.
• A nonrefundable $20 charitable contribution to the New Canaan Community Foundation is collected at the time of registration. We thank you for your help in supporting our community!
• Register by October 7th to receive your tag in the mail:
• Register by EOD October 7th: We’ll mail your tag to the address provided during registration.
• Register from October 8th: Pick up your tag at Zumbach’s Gourmet Coffee, 77 Pine Street, New Canaan, CT.
• Morning-of tag pickup is available on October 18th until 7:30 AM. After 7:30 AM, you must park in a spectator lot, regardless of registration status.

EVENT DAY DETAILS FOR SHOW CARS

• Show vehicles must arrive by 7:30 AM and remain parked until 11:00 AM.
• This is a parked event — no late arrivals or early departures are permitted for pedestrian safety.
• No revving or burnouts — this is a residential area.
• No unauthorized business solicitation — this is strictly enforced.
• In the event of cancellation due to weather, an announcement will be made via email and on Instagram. Please note that the contribution to NCCF collected during registration is nonrefundable.
