Join us at this year’s virtual Gala on October 29, 2020. We will kick off Gala week with online content showcasing how CASL enables, inspires, and empowers the community we serve. The celebration will culminate with an entertaining, engaging online Gala hosted by ABC-7's Judy Hsu. We will proudly honor CASL’s co-founder and former President Bernie Wong with a Lifetime Achievement Award.
Starting with two donated desks and chairs in 1978, Bernie grew CASL into the largest social service agency in the Midwest dedicated to serving Chinese Americans and immigrants. Bernie has been named in numerous lists of influential people in Chicago and beyond, even being awarded the “Champion for Change” award at the White House in 2012 by President Barack Obama.

We have partnered with J&L Catering to provide a dinner delivery option for those wishing to purchase tickets. Each delivery comes with 2 meals (entree, sides and dessert) and one bottle of wine or non-alcoholic beverage. Meals arrive cold with heating instructions. Delivery within a 3 hour window on October 29. Delivery available within a 25 mile radius of J&L kitchens. Meals can also be picked up from J&L kitchens on October 29.
