The Care Train of Union County auction will open for bidding at 9 a.m on November 24, 2025. Bid boards will close in increments the morning of the auction on December 6, 2025.
- This event is open online and live to the public.
- Live auction item will be available for bidding in person beginning at 11:00 am on Saturday, December 6th.
- Phone lines will be open and available for bidding if you are not in person at the auction. You can reach us at 937-738-7946.
- Items must be picked up at McAuliffe’s Ace Hardware on Saturday, December 6th by 3:00 pm. Please bring your paid receipt to pick up your item.
- All items you win must be picked up, if you cannot pick up your item(s), arrangements must be made in writing authorizing another person to claim your item(s).
- All sales are final. Refunds will not be given on items or registration. Reservations for dinners, trips, sporting events, etc must be mutually arranged with the donor, unless otherwise specified, and are subject to availability.
- Care Train believes all descriptions and commentary accompanying the auction items to be correct. However, Care Train makes no warranties or representations of any kind regarding the items or services provided.
- Each bid is identified by name. The last and highest qualified bid board electronic bid at the close of the auction shall be the buyer of that item.
- Payment in full is required at the end of the auction. Payment should be made by checkout on the website via Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover. Payment by check will be accepted if received in person by the close of the auction at 2:00 pm.
- Winning bidders will be contacted via text or email registered to your bidder number.
