During our break session, be sure to visit the BUILD tables, where you’ll find hands-on tools, visuals, and resources designed to support classroom success.

To wrap up the conference, our expert Child Development Specialists will be available to answer your questions and provide a deeper look into our process and assessments.

Throughout the event, the BAC team will be available at tables around the room, ready to connect, support, and answer any questions you may have.

Heather Parmley, OTR/L - Pediatric Occupational Therapist

Heather graduated from the University of Oklahoma in 1997 with a Bachelor of Science in Occupational Therapy and brings over 25 years of experience working with children. She will be sharing practical insights on sensory processing, primitive reflexes, and fine motor skills; three areas that deeply impact behavior and school success. You’ll walk away with tools you can begin using right away in your classroom. We’re excited for you to learn from Heather and be encouraged by her expertise.

Stephanie L. Barton, Med CCC-SLP - Speech and Language Pathologist 

Selective Mute Expert, S2C Practitioner, Registered SOS Feeding Consultant, and owner of Comprehensive Speech Language Services, LLC

Stephanie Barton graduated with a Master of Education degree from Northeastern State University in Tahlequah, OK in 2000. She has over 25 years of experience treating children who present with a range of communication challenges. Stephanie has treated pediatrics in public schools, outpatient clinics, and now private practice. She now works directly with clients and their families to support the acquisition of functional communication skills. From anxiety to social pragmatic communication issues, Stephanie will provide insight on how to recognize why a child is not flourishing in the classroom and offer practical management tips and strategies that support the child's overall communication success.
