Dreams Take Flight Calgary is thrilled to announce that our popular Online Silent Auction is back for 2025!
About the Event
The proceeds from our silent auction, our biggest fundraiser of the year, will support Dreams Take Flightâs mission of taking Southern Alberta children with special needs to Disneyland for a life-changing day in the fall of 2025.

At Dreams Take Flight, we believe that one unforgettable day can open a childâs mind to a lifetime of new possibilities. As poet Oliver Wendell Holmes wrote, âOneâs mind, once stretched by a new idea, never regains its original dimensions.â Thatâs the heart of what we do.
Weâre a national, registered non-profit charity devoted to giving medically, mentally, physically, socially, or emotionally challenged children the trip of a lifetimeâa carefree, joy-filled day at Disneyland.
Since 1993, Dreams Take Flight Calgary has brought deserving children from Southern Alberta to a world of wonder. In 2025, we celebrate our 32nd year by once again flying these remarkable kids to Californiaâs Disneyland for an unforgettable adventure.

What makes us special? Every aspect is volunteer-drivenâfrom fundraising to flight planning, medical care to mentorship:
Air Canada donates the aircraft and fuel
Pilots, flight attendants, ground crew, and medical team all donate their time
Funding comes from corporate sponsors, personal donors, charity golf tournaments, and our annual auction

Thanks to our generous supporters, the entire day is completely free for each childâfrom flights and meals to park tickets, souvenirs, and care. Itâs a day of laughter, wonder, and belonging.
