1. Eligibility

• All bidders must be at least 18 years old.
• By placing a bid, participants agree to all rules and regulations listed below.

2. Bidding

• All bids are final and binding.
• No bid retractions are allowed once submitted.
• The auction closing time is final; any bids submitted after the deadline will not be accepted.

3. Winning Bids

• The highest valid bid at the close of the auction will be declared the winner.
• Winners will be notified via email or through the auction platform.
• Winners must confirm acceptance and arrange payment within 48 hours of notification (or your preferred timeframe).

4. Payment

• All payments must be completed in full before items are released.
• Accepted payment methods will be detailed by the auction organizer (e.g., credit card, PayPal, cash, etc.).
• Admin Fees/ Credit Card Fees will be covered by the winners. 

5. Item Pickup & Shipping

• All winning items must be picked up no later than Monday, September 7, 2026 (Labor Day).
• Pickup location and hours will be provided to winners.
• If the winner cannot pick up their item in person, they may request shipping if the item is eligible.
• For any items requiring mailing, all postage, packaging, and shipping costs must be paid by the winner in advance.
• The auction organizer is not responsible for any loss or damage that occurs during shipping.

6. Forfeiture

• Failure to complete payment or pick up an item by the deadline may result in forfeiture of the item, with no refund. The expiration of all items is LABOR DAY 2026.
• The organizer may offer the item to the next highest bidder or re-list it at their discretion.

7. Item Condition & Descriptions

• All items are offered “as-is” with no warranties, unless otherwise noted.
• Every effort has been made to provide accurate descriptions and photos, but slight variations may occur.

8. Disputes

• Any disputes will be resolved at the sole discretion of the auction organizers.
• The organizer's decision is final.

9. Privacy

• Bidder information will be used only for auction-related communication and will not be shared with third parties, except as required to process payment or delivery.

10. Agreement

• By participating in this auction, bidders acknowledge and agree to all the rules and regulations listed above.
