Featured Event Chef

Tony Vu

Tony Vu is a first-generation Vietnamese-American chef from Flint, MI. After a long stretch of traveling around the world, he returned to Michigan as a passionate advocate of food and its universal ability to transcend cultural differences. From Mom's cooking to running with street vendors and chef mentors in Southeast Asia, his life experiences are reflected in each dish he serves. This journey has led him to open Wraps n Rolls food truck, MaMang Vietnamese Noodle Bar, and now The Good Bowl.

Special Guest emcee

Wade Leist

A native of Boyne City, Wade brings energy, professionalism, and a natural ability to engage the crowd, elevating the excitement of tonight’s event and inspiring generous participation.

In June 2024, Wade was crowned World Livestock Auctioneer Champion, the pinnacle of his 20-year career. He now serves as an instructor and helps nonprofits nationwide raise millions through live auctions and event consulting.

Wade and his wife, Sarah—an Intelligence Analyst for the Michigan State Police—have four daughters and share a strong commitment to supporting organizations that make a meaningful impact in their communities.
