With the loss of critical federal funding, this event is one of our most important opportunities to ensure kids across Central Illinois continue to have safe spaces, mentors, and programs they depend on every day.

Great Futures Gala - FAQ
When and where is the Great Futures Gala?
The Gala will take place on Thursday, October 16, 2025, LRS Hangar at Capital Airport
Doors open at 5:00, with dinner, entertainment, auctions, and special features
throughout the evening.
How much are tickets?
Individual tickets are $100 each, which includes dinner, drinks, access to silent and live
auctions, and entry into the evening’s entertainment.
What is included with my ticket?
Your ticket includes:
- Gourmet food, beer, wine.
- Access to our Silent Auction and Live Auction, featuring luxury trips and exclusive
experiences.
- Evening entertainment and programming celebrating the mission of Boys & Girls Clubs of
Central Illinois.
What trips are available in the auction?
This year’s live auction will feature two extraordinary travel packages:
- Tuscany, Italy
- Your choice of Cabo San Lucas or Costa Rica
More unique items and experiences will also be available during both auctions.
How do I purchase tickets?
Tickets can be purchased securely online at https://cbo.io/app/public/bidapp/bgccil3. Simply select the number of tickets
you’d like, complete your payment, and you will receive a confirmation email.
Can I purchase a table?
Yes. A limited number of reserved tables are available for $1,000. Tables seat 10 guests. If
you purchase a full table, it will be reserved for your group.
Additional open seating will also be available outside of the reserved table section for
individual ticket holders.
Will I receive a physical ticket?
No physical tickets will be issued. Your name(s) will be added to our guest list, and you can
check in at registration upon arrival.
What is the dress code?
From dressy cocktail to polished business casual, attire at the Great Futures Gala runs the
gamut. Whether you’re coming straight from work or dressing to the nines, we encourage
you to wear what makes you feel your personal best!
How are auction purchases paid for?
Auction purchases may be paid by cash, credit card or check. Please note:
- Credit card payments are subject to a surcharge up to 3.5% to cover processing fees.
- For larger purchases, we encourage guests to pay by check to maximize the benefit to Boys
& Girls Clubs of Central Illinois.
Can I donate even if I can’t attend?
Absolutely! You can still support our mission by making a donation at https://cbo.io/app/public/bidapp/bgccil3/donate.
Every dollar helps us serve local youth, especially in light of recent federal funding cuts.
