In a celebration of friendship, Bellis will host an outdoor gathering to bring the community together - safely. Guests are welcome to attend one of three sittings (9:30 a.m., 12:30 p.m., or 3:30 p.m.) for delicious food, fresh-brewed tea, inspiring speakers, and lots of fun opportunities to support Bellis. Funds raised will allow Bellis to continue to provide peer-based support to meet the unique needs of the adoption community, and birth mothers in particular. Tea & Talk is hosted by Bellis, an empowering voice for adoption that connects, inspires, and transforms.

What you need to know

Why three sittings?

To provide a safe opportunity to gather in person, Bellis is hosting three separate events through the day on June 5. At each of these two-hour events, seating will be available for about 30 guests, with a bit of distance between tables in an outdoor setting. After each event, disposable table dressings will be replaced and all common surfaces disinfected. Current CDC and state guidelines for COVID safety will be followed.

Can I get tickets with my friends?

Please be sure to coordinate with your friends so you purchase tickets for the same sitting time. Options are 9:30 a.m. breakfast, 12:30 p.m. lunch, and 3:30 p.m. dessert/snacks. We are putting lots of TLC into each event and can't wait to celebrate with you together!

Where do I go?

Tea & Talk will be hosted in a residential home at 12463 Ridgewood Drive NW, Elk River, MN 55330. Volunteers will direct parking.

What do I wear?

Tea & Talk is traditionally on the dressy side.

What if it rains?

Fantastic volunteers with tents will ensure we can gather outside, even in the rain. But please bring an umbrella to get from your car to the backyard.

Welcome to the Tea & Talk online auction! Bidding opens at 8 a.m., May 26, and closes at 5 p.m., June 5. You are welcome to participate in this auction, whether or not you can attend our in-person event on June 5. Bellis will ship or deliver your winnings to you.
