Bidding Instruction/Information
How To Bid
- Enter https://bcsf.cbo.io into your browser’s address bar.
- Enter your phone number or email address and tap GO.
- Enter your Login Code.
- Confirm you are the name listed, then hit "Continue".
- Once completely logged in, you can search by item #, keyword, or category.
- To place a bid, tap on the "Bid/Info" button. There you can bid, place a fast bid, or set a max bid, and read details about auction items.
- Tap on MENU > MY ITEMS to view your activity throughout the event.
Checkout From Your Phone, Tablet, or Computer
You can securely checkout from your phone, tablet, or computer with a credit card. Once bidding closes and you have items to checkout, a red "Pay!" button will appear at the top of your bidding screen. Tap on this button to proceed to checkout. If you have not already put a credit card on file, you will need to do so at this time in order to checkout from your phone, tablet, or computer.
Checkout is not available until the Silent Auction closes on December 19 at 6 p.m. However, if you are not bidding on Silent Auction items, but you are donating, you can pay as soon as you donate from the donate button.
FAQs
- How do I remove a bid?
- Right after you place a bid, you have the option to "undo" on the confirmation banner at the top of the screen. Once this banner goes away, you will need to contact: Trish Duncan at tduncan@bedfordschools.org
- How do I place a Max Bid?
- To place a "max bid", tap on Bid/Info > BID/SET MAX > select the amount you are willing to spend on the item > SET MAX. The system will bid up to that amount for you automatically. You will be notified via text message if you are outbid on this item.
- Did I win?
- Once the auction has closed, you can look under MENU/MY ITEMS to view everything that you have won/purchased.
Pickup Instructions
1. All items can be picked up at the Ellenwood Recreation Center, 124 Ellenwood Drive, Bedford, OH 44146, on SATURDAY, DECEMBER 21, 2024, BETWEEN THE HOURS OF 10 am-1 pm.
2. Once on the recreation property, proceed to the parking lot on the left of the building by the baseball diamond. We will hang balloons by the parking lot entrance where you will be greeted by a Foundation Trustee!
3. Verify your name and announce your bidder number to the Foundation member who will greet you. Please stay in your car.
4. The Foundation member will obtain your items, and you will sign off that you are receiving all of them.
5. Your items will be placed in your trunk. YOU DON'T EVEN HAVE TO GET OUT OF YOUR CAR!!!
6. If you are unable to pick up your winning items, please contact Trish Duncan at tduncan@bedfordschools.org or Bret Johnson at tulipjohns@aol.com

The Bedford City Schools Foundation invests in a learning environment empowering students and teachers to be successful in academic endeavors. The Foundation is a 501(c)(3) that hosts fundraisers to support scholarships and mini grants that typically fall outside of the School District’s budget. The governing board’s membership includes up to twenty-five volunteer trustees consisting of parents, community members, business owners and educators both current and retired.

Our Annual Holly Ball Dinner event will take place on Friday, December 20, 2024 from 6:30-11:30pm at Sherwood Forest Party Center, 12900 Tinkers Creek Road, Valley View.
