Avalon's Noon to Night Event Information

We're so excited to welcome you to Avalon's 11th Annual Noon to Night Benefitting Bert's Big Adventure! 

Please read below for important Event Details.

Schedule of Events

  • 6PM: The evening begins with a cocktail reception featuring fare from Avalon’s renowned restaurants
  • 7PM: The runway opens and guests are invited to take their seats
  • 7:30PM: Bert’s Big Adventure introduction and “Fund the Need” fundraiser
  • 8PM: Fashion Show begins highlighting fabulous fall styles from Avalon’s retailers
  • 9PM: Events Ends – VIP guests are invited to head to The Hotel at Avalon’s rooftop for a post-show celebration sponsored by Tito's, including a live DJ, drinks and more.

Registration

  • All guests must check-in at Registration upon arrival. You will receive a program and bid number for the Silent Auction and Fund the Need.
  • To expedite the check-in process,  please pre-register with your cell phone number, personal information and credit card number. 
  • If you do not pledge to give during the event, your credit card will NOT be charged.


Fund the Need 

  • Your bid number will be assigned at check-in. 
  • During Fund-the-Mission, when you hear an amount you’d like to donate raise your bid paddle and we will record your pledge. If your credit card is already in the system, that’s all you need to do!


Silent Auction 

  • Don't forget to bid on some of our amazing silent auction items directly from this webpage! We will update you throughout the event if you are outbid, or when you win an item you've bid on! Items you win can be collected immediately following the event.

Terms & Conditions

Payment Terms & Conditions

  • If you are the winning bidder on a silent auction item, you are responsible for paying the amount of your winning bid.

  • If you raise your paddle during fund-a-need, you are responsible for paying the amount of your pledge(s).

  • You will have 48 hours to complete checkout using the link sent to the email or phone number you provided.

  • If payment is not completed by September 20th at 9:00 p.m., the card you placed on file during registration will be charged automatically.

Item Pick-Up:

  • Auction items may be picked up at the Bert’s Big Adventure tent (next to the runway) until 10:00 p.m. on September 18th.

  • If you cannot pick up your items that evening, they will be available at Avalon’s Concierge until September 24th.

  • Items not collected by September 24th require direct arrangements with Bert’s Big Adventure at info@bertsbigadventure.org.

  • Any items not collected by October 31, 2025 will be considered forfeited.
