This year, we're honoring the 36th anniversary of the founding of our street newspaper, Street Sheet, the longest continuously running street publication in the nation!

 Bid online on hundreds of art pieces at a variety of prices and styles starting on August 15th and join us in person on September 11 for a night of celebration, community building, and beautiful art that you won't soon forget! 

All proceeds from ArtAuction25 support the continued publication of Street Sheet and proceeds will fund our Human Rights and Housing Justice Organizing programs so we can continue advocating with and for the unhoused, ensuring that humane, empathetic, solution based policies to end homelessness are prioritized over political theatrics that do nothing but waste money and harms unhoused San Franciscans. 

This is San Francisco, after all. Whether you’re rocking sequins and boots, vintage denim and fringe, full glam, full chill, or something delightfully unclassifiable—we’re here for it. Come as your fabulous self: dressed up, dressed down, or dressed to confuse. Creativity encouraged. Costume changes welcomed.

Francisco Herrera is a prolific singer-songwriter and cultural worker whose music fuses social justice with soul, spanning genres from norteño and mariachi to electro-cumbia, Latin rock, and Chicano soul. Growing up in the border town of Calexico, he cut his teeth singing rancheras and garage rock before channeling his musical gifts into movement work inspired by Liberation Theology. Whether performing for 250,000 protesters at the Battle of Seattle or in intimate circles with day laborers and survivors of violence, Herrera’s songs uplift, teach, and agitate with bilingual power. His latest album, Honor Migrante, produced by Greg Landau, is a genre-bending celebration of immigrant dignity and resistance, weaving together traditional Mexican styles with post-modern sounds and searing political lyricism.
