1. Promotion Overview
The AQHA Racing Challenge Championships Giveaway ("Promotion") is conducted to support the Permanently Disabled Jockeys Fund (PDJF). The Promotion is sponsored by the National Thoroughbred Racing Association (NTRA) Equine Discounts and administered by PDJF. NO PURCHASE OR DONATION IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR DONATION WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

2. Sponsor & Administrator
Sponsor: NTRA Equine Discounts, 401 West Main St, Suite 222, Lexington, KY 40507.
Promotion Administrator: PDJF, PO Box 910864, Lexington, KY 40591.

3. Promotion Period
The Promotion begins at 12:00:01 a.m. Eastern Time on August 25, 2026, and ends at 3:00:00 p.m. Mountain Time on October 17, 2026.

The random drawing will occur on October 17th, 2026, after all eligible entries have been verified.

The winner will be announced live on ??? October 17th, following verification.

Sponsor reserves the right to modify or terminate the Promotion if circumstances beyond its reasonable control make administration impracticable.

4. Eligibility
The Promotion is open only to legal residents of the continental United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
Employees, officers, directors, agents, and immediate family members of PDJF, AQHA, NTRA Equine Discounts, and their respective affiliated companies are not eligible to participate. Void where prohibited by law.

5. How to Enter
There are two methods of entry.

A. Online Entry
Complete the official online entry form during the Promotion Period.

B. Voluntary Donation Entry Opportunities
Participants may choose to make a voluntary donation benefiting the PDJF through the official campaign. Donation amounts and associated promotional entry opportunities will be displayed on the official Promotion website. Participation through a voluntary donation is optional.

C. Alternate Method of Entry (AMOE)
To enter without making a donation, hand-print on a 3" × 5" card:

• Full legal name
• Complete mailing address
• Telephone number
• Email address (if available)
• Date of birth
• The words "AQHA Racing Challenge Championships Giveaway"

Include the following statement:
"I have read and agree to the Official Rules and certify that I meet all eligibility requirements."
Sign and date the card.
Mail the completed card in a first-class stamped envelope to:

Mail-in entries must be postmarked by the Promotion End Date and received by the deadline specified by Sponsor. Mechanically reproduced, illegible, incomplete, postage-due, or automated entries are void. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, delayed, damaged, or misdirected mail. Each valid Alternate Method of Entry submitted in accordance with these Official Rules will receive the same number of promotional entries as the corresponding promotional entry opportunity described in the Official Rules, ensuring that free entrants have an equal opportunity to win.

6. Entry Limits  
Entry limits and promotional entry opportunities will be described on the official Promotion website. Any attempt to exceed entry limits through multiple identities, automated systems, bots, or other fraudulent means may result in disqualification.

7. Prize
One (1) Grand Prize:
John Deere Z330M ZTrak™ Zero-Turn Mower with 48" Mower Deck

• 48-inch Accel Deep™ Mower Deck
• Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): $4,000
• Includes standard delivery and setup within the continental United States

No substitutions, cash redemption, upgrades, or trade-ins are permitted. Delivery may take up to six (6) months. If the verified winner resides in California and the advertised model is unavailable or not approved for sale in California, a comparable John Deere model approved for sale in California will be provided.

8. Winner Selection
One winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. Odds of winning depend upon the total number of eligible entries received.

9. Winner Verification & Notification
The potential winner will be contacted using the information provided during entry. Before receiving the prize, the potential winner may be required to complete and return:

• Affidavit of Eligibility
• Liability Release
• Publicity Release (where permitted by law)
• IRS Form W-9 or other required tax documentation

If the potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within the required timeframe, is determined to be ineligible, refuses the prize, or fails to complete required documentation, Sponsor may select an alternate winner.

10. Taxes
The winner is solely responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes. Sponsor may issue IRS Form 1099-MISC or any other tax reporting document required by law.

11. Publicity
Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use the winner's name, city, state, likeness, voice, and photographs for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation.

12. General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, submits fraudulent entries, violates these Official Rules, or attempts to undermine the legitimate operation of the Promotion. Sponsor further reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion if fraud, technical failures, natural disasters, severe weather, cyberattacks, government action, or other events beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impair the integrity of the Promotion.

13. Limitation of Liability
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless PDJF, NTRA Equine Discounts, AQHA, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, volunteers, agents, and affiliates from any claims arising from participation in the Promotion or acceptance, possession, or use of the prize, except where prohibited by law.

14. Governing Law
These Official Rules shall be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky. Any dispute arising from the Promotion shall be resolved individually in the appropriate state or federal courts located in Lexington, KY, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

15. Privacy
Information collected in connection with this Promotion will be used solely to administer the Promotion and in accordance with Sponsor's published Privacy Policy.

16. Winner's List

To request the name of the verified winner, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope within ninety (90) days after winner verification to:

17. Trademark Notice

This Promotion is administered by PDJF in accordance with these Official Rules and all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
