The Art of Entertaining is a signature tablescapes event that celebrates the art of what’s possible while giving back to our community. Guests are invited to explore beautifully curated table designs and engaging demonstrations that inspire both aspiring hosts and seasoned entertainers.

The spring fundraiser will be held on May 1, 2026 at the National Museum of Women in the Arts.

This fundraiser is an opportunity to empower the next generation of women and support respected nonprofits that are doing important work in our community every day.

About the Junior League of Washington

The Junior League of Washington (JLW) is an organization of women whose mission is to advance women’s leadership for meaningful community impact through volunteer action, collaboration, and training. JLW focuses our financial and volunteer resources on supporting pathways to opportunity across the greater Washington, D.C. metropolitan area. With over 2,300 members, we are one of the oldest and most effective volunteer organizations in the region.

Each year, JLW members collectively provide more than $2 million worth of volunteer time in service of the League’s mission, programs and partnerships.

Terms and Conditions

All sales are final. No returns, exchanges, or refunds are available. Auction items on Clickbid are donations to the Art of Entertaining and the Junior League of Washington (JLW). Volunteers with Art of Entertaining are not liable for any counterfeiting, defects, or damages later discovered, nor are volunteers or JLW liable for their repair or replacement.

Physical Items: Except as otherwise stated at the time of purchase, Buyer shall accept the Property as is. Neither the donor of the item nor the Junior League of Washington shall be bound to any representation or warranty of any kind relating in any way to the Property or its condition, quality or quantity, except as specifically set forth in the property description at the time of auction, which contains representations of the donor only, and which is based upon the best of the donor’s personal knowledge.

Redemption Instructions

Physical auction items will be available for pick up from The Art of Entertaining event after the auction closes on Friday, May 1st unless otherwise noted. After May 1st, auction winners will need to coordinate pickup of unclaimed items by emailing artofentertaining@jlw.org. Any items not claimed by May 22, 2026 will be considered the property of JLW. Auction winners may choose to have their items shipped and will be charged for the cost of shipping.
