On behalf of all of us at Global Growers Network, we sincerely thank you for joining us at A Meaningful Feast on Saturday, April 25th at Decatur Legacy Park. This year’s theme, Rooted and Rising, reflects our commitment to cultivating a resilient and thriving local food system and we are grateful that you were a part of this growing movement. With more than 200 guests gathered to celebrate our collective work, the energy of the evening felt extraordinary!
The evening flourished with the culinary talents of over 20 local chefs and mixologists, plus the presence of community leaders, city officials, food advocates, and a slew of passionate volunteers! Every bite, every sip, and every conversation was an affirmation of why this work matters.
Thanks to the generosity of our community we raised nearly $100,000 to continue our work creating vital farming programs within our network of growers. That is a testament to what can be accomplished when we come together around a shared table and a shared purpose.
We are deeply grateful you chose to spend your evening with us. Your participation further affirms a commitment to building local resilience and fostering connections that deepen our agricultural stewardship.

About Global Growers Network
Global Growers is a network of 200 farmers and local food systems leaders in Georgia who grow fresh food from many agricultural traditions. We grow fresh food for our families and to supply the local markets, and we work together to strengthen our local food economy.
We increase our own economic self-sufficiency, while increasing the availability of fresh and culturally significant foods in our communities. We preserve our agricultural heritage and improve the sustainability, biodiversity and ecological health of our lands. We deepen our communities' engagement with gardens, farms and the stewardship of land.
We operate at seven urban gardens and farms in the metro-Atlanta area. Additionally, our Rockdale Organic Co-Farm in Rockdale County is the 22-acres home to nine new and expanding agricultural businesses, the Harvest View Event Center that offers a retreat house, pavilion and event green, and a beautiful outdoor learning space with walking trails, a pollinator garden and orchards.
