Join us on Friday, April 24th for our Once Upon a Farm 20th Anniversary Celebration at Rolling Hills Country Club. Enjoy a cocktail reception, open bar, seated dinner, bluegrass band and dancing, live auction, and a celebration of Wilton's beloved Ambler Farm. Note: Attendees must be 21+.
All proceeds will support Friends of Ambler Farm and its central role in Wilton with its programming, educational initiatives, agriculture, open space, and historical appreciation for all ages. See you there!

Online bidding for our silent auction items is available for all participants, whether you can attend or not!
General Information
All Sales are Final: All items are sold "as is." Friends of Ambler Farm believes all descriptions and commentary accompanying the auction items to be correct; however, FoAF makes no warranties or representations of any kind regarding the items or services provided.
Fair Market Value: FoAF is a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organization. The fair market value of each item is estimated by the donor. Payments in excess of the fair market value are considered charitable contributions to FoAF. It is the sole responsibility of the winner to handle all the tax deduction issues in the proper manner, consulting a tax advisor if needed.
Payment: All items must be paid for in full by the end of the evening. We encourage bidders to use the card on file through our ClickBid system for a seamless checkout
Item Pickup: All items must be removed from the premises tonight unless otherwise arranged. Please show your "Paid" receipt on your phone to a volunteer at the checkout station.
Silent Auction Rules
Bidding Process: All silent auction bidding is conducted electronically via ClickBid. You can bid by clicking the link sent to your phone or by visiting ambler20th.cbo.io.
Bidding Increments: Each item has a minimum bid and a set increment. The system will not accept bids lower than the next required increment.
Closing: The timing of closing the Silent Auction is subject to change. Once the auction is closed, no further bids will be accepted. The highest bidder acknowledged by the ClickBid system when the auction closes shall be the purchaser.
Live Auction Rules
Bidding: To enter a bid in the Live Auction, please raise your bid paddle clearly directing a signal to the auctioneer or one of the spotters.
Winning Bid: In the event of a dispute between bidders, the Auctioneer has the final say to determine the successful bidder or to re-offer the item.
Binding Contract: Your bid, verbal or otherwise, is a legal contract to purchase. Once the auctioneer says "Sold," the winning bidder is responsible for the purchase price.
Bid Payment: Each winning bid will be recorded by a FoAF committee member and entered on the bidder’s account to be paid in full at the end of the evening. Payment may be made by cash, check, American Express, Discover, MasterCard, or Visa.
Call to Action: Contributions are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law; receipts will be sent to all donors following the event.
Special Notes & Restrictions
Expiration Dates: Unless otherwise stated, all gift certificates and services expire on April 24, 2027.
Experiences: Items and services are subject to availability and the specific terms provided by the donor. Please coordinate with the donor promptly to secure your preferred dates.
