A signature event of Assistance League of Southeastern Michigan. The Mistletoe Committee has been hard at work for months preparing for this special day.  It is our desire to provide you, our sponsors, contributors, and guests with an enjoyable afternoon, filled with dining, shopping, and friendship. The tremendous support we receive from all our guests, enables our chapter to move forward towards fulfilling our mission to feed, clothe, comfort, and educate those in need within the tri-county areas.

AUCTION RULES

  1. By bidding in the auction, each bidder agrees to these auction rules. All sales are final. There will be no exchanges or refunds unless otherwise noted. All items are “as is.” Assistance League of Southeastern Michigan has attempted to describe the catalog items correctly, but neither warrants nor represents and in no event shall be responsible for the correctness of descriptions, genuineness, authorship, provenance or condition of the items. No statement made in this catalog or elsewhere shall be deemed such a warranty, representation, or assumption of liability.
  1. The value listed is an estimate of fair market value. Items have not been appraised unless so noted. The amount you pay above this fair market value estimate is normally tax deductible as a charitable contribution. Please consult your tax advisor to clarify amount of deduction.
  1. Before the auction opens on November 15, 2025 at Noon, Assistance League of Southeastern Michigan reserves the right to add or withdraw items, without notice, to or from the auction.
  1. Each person bidding assumes all risks and hazards related to the auction and items obtained during the auction. Each bidder agrees to hold harmless from any liability arising indirectly from the Assistance League of Southeastern Michigan, their board, employees, the event organizers, and/or sponsors connected with the auction.
  1. To make a bid for an auction item, find the item on your smartphone, computer, or other internet device; click on the item name; and then scroll down to the bid button. This will let you know the next minimum bid. You can choose to bid this amount by clicking the bid button and confirm your bid. You will receive notification in email and text form if you get outbid. This will include the link for that item to place another bid.
  1. Do not make ANY bids if you are not willing to purchase the item for that price.
  1. Once the auction is declared closed, the last bid made shall constitute the winning bid and will be so indicated. The Assistance League of Southeastern Michigan will mediate any disputes among bidders and that determination shall be final.
  1. The Assistance League of Southeastern Michigan provides no guarantees, warranties or servicing of auction items and is not liable for any personal injury or damage to property that may result from the use of the item or service sold.
  1. Payment for items purchased will be charged to the winning bidder's credit card on file, and they will receive a tax receipt by email.
  1. Winners of the Silent Auction items will be responsible for picking up their item(s) at the ReSale Connection at 204 S Main St. Rochester, MI  48307 by November 26, 2025 from 11:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m.  Call 248-656-0414 for the ReSale Connection.  Items can also be shipped at the winner's expense.
  1. Any item left unclaimed, without prior arrangements, will be sold and proceeds will go to the Assistance League of Southeastern Michigan.
