Auction Bidding Terms & Conditions
By registering for the Austin International School Great Gatsby Gala auction, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:
A valid credit card must be entered and verified before any bids will be accepted. All bids placed without a credit card on file will be considered invalid and removed from the system. Upon auction closing, your credit card will be charged automatically for any winning bids, purchases, and donations made during the event.
All sales are final. By placing a bid, you are entering into a legally binding contract to purchase the item at the bid amount if you are the winning bidder. You agree not to dispute or attempt to cancel any charges related to winning bids, purchases, or donations.
Mobile bidding will open prior to the event and continue through the specified closing time. All stated values are estimates only, and items are sold "as is." Austin International School is not responsible for any technical difficulties, delays, or bidding errors that may occur.
Items must be claimed within 30 days of the auction unless otherwise specified. Items not claimed become the property of Austin International School. All contributions beyond fair market value are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law.
Austin International School reserves the right to withdraw any item from the auction or reject any bid at its discretion.
